Invicta Fighting Championships signed her in and then she joined Ultimate Fighting Championships. Rose has had highs and her lows as well throughout her career, yet she has always come to the winning. Rose took on Carla Esparza in April 2015 in the Women's Strawweight Title. Rose won the bout via technical knockout in just 3 minutes after the start of the round. It was the first time a woman competed in a title fight with any of the major promotions in the world. In the aftermath of this win Namajunas was able to have a number of other victories in which she defeated Joanna Jedrzejczyk twice which earned her Performance Of The Night honors from UFC after these wins .
